Assumption of Risk and Release for Animals

Permission to have an animal at Arrowhead RV Park is a privilege and not a contractual right. This permission is expressly conditioned upon the guest’s compliance with these rules and any other park rules in effect at the time. Arrowhead RV Park may revoke this permission at any time and for any reason.

Guests assume all responsibility for risks, injuries, damages, or other harm that may occur while their animal is at Arrowhead RV Park or that may be caused by their animal. Guests knowingly and voluntarily release and discharge Arrowhead RV Park, its owners, agents, parent companies, members, managers, directors, officers, and employees (“Released Parties”) from all present and future claims, damages, liabilities, demands, or causes of action, whether known, unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, arising from or related to the animal’s presence at the park.

This release applies to claims arising from any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by the guest, the animal, or any guest or invitee. The registered guest agrees to indemnify the Released Parties against all related claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, causes of action, costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees. This provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By staying at Arrowhead RV Park, guests acknowledge that they have read and understand these rules and regulations. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring that their family members, visitors, and invitees also comply with all park rules.

Failure to follow these rules and regulations may result in removal from Arrowhead RV Park without a refund.
